Our business office representatives are onsite to assist you with any questions regarding billing statements issued by SRMA and any other business office inquiries, including medical records and transfer request.
All questions related to insurance coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier's member service department. This telephone number is listed on the back of your insurance card.

Please note referral request will be completed in 3 business days. Do not schedule your specialist or testing appointment until at least 3 days from the date of the request.
It is also important that you verify that the specialist or facility you are being referred to accepts your insurance.
Referrals for patients with Aetna, Horizon and AmeriHealth insurance will be completed electronically. You do not have to physically pick up your paper referral.

Please contact your pharmacy directly to request your prescription refills. The pharmacist will contact us directly.
It will take approximately 24 hours for your prescription request to be reviewed and approved by the attending provider. Once approved, the request will be called into your pharmacy.
Please note if you have not had an appointment with a SRMA provider during the previous 3 months, we will not complete your prescription request. Please call back and press option #2 to schedule your appointment.
